What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrectly delivered. In that case, we will of course cover the shipping costs.

Once we have received your return, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed and credited to your account. For more information, please refer to our full Refund & Return Policy.

How do I return an item?
Send an email to our customer service team at info@harringtonwellsboutique.com for a return number and further instructions. Return shipping costs are normally the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or we have made an error.

What are the shipping costs?
All orders within Canada qualify for free standard shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

How can I track my order?
